Additional fees apply for freight services including lift gate, inside delivery, and residential delivery. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international destinations incur additional charges that require approval by email or phone. Oversize items, or items carrying additional shipping charges, will prompt a call from customer service before the order is processed.
