Most items purchased from Innovatiqa may be returned within 30 days of purchase provided they are unused, in their original condition, and returned in original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by our customer service team. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
A 25% restocking fee applies to all accepted returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refused deliveries incur a 30% restocking fee plus all outbound and return shipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 2 business days of delivery by calling (346) 229-4142. Please retain all original packaging and take photos of the damage to support your claim.
To cancel an order, please call us immediately at +1 (346) 229-4142. We will do our best to stop the order before it ships.
Custom or special-order items cannot be cancelled once assembly or production has begun. Please confirm all custom order details carefully before placing your order.
