Most items purchased from Inovatiqa may be returned within 30 days of purchase provided they are unused, in their original condition, and returned in original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by our customer service team. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
A 25% restocking fee applies to all accepted returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping labels are not provided — it is the customer's responsibility to ship the product back.
Refused deliveries incur a 30% restocking fee plus all outbound and return shipping costs.
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned under any circumstances. All parts orders are non-returnable.
Credits are issued upon receipt of the merchandise in new condition, and exclude shipping charges and the applicable restocking fee.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 2 business days of delivery by calling (346) 229-4142. Please retain all original packaging and take photos of the damage to support your claim.
To cancel an order, please call us immediately at +1 (346) 229-4142. We will do our best to stop the order before it ships.
A standard 25% cancellation fee applies once an order has been processed. If your order has already shipped, you are responsible for the shipping charges to you and the return shipping to us. Custom build-to-order items cannot be cancelled once assembly has begun.
